- House Favorite Chicken Salad, our most Popular item! Made fresh daily, tender diced chicken breast complemented with apples, celery, and mayonnaise and crowned with cashews. Garnished with in-season fresh fruit. Choice of a fresh baked scone or dinner roll $8, may also be served as a sandwich with raspberry mayonnaise and served with fresh fruit or soup, $7.
- Queen's Stuffed Chicken Breast, fit for a queen (or king) of England! A boneless chicken breast that is stuffed with a broccoli and cheese blend, lightly breaded and baked to golden appearance, presented on a bed of rice and vegetable of the day, served with a dinner roll, $7.
- Crown Salad, crowns of romaine, mixed greens, and red cabbage, topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, chicken breast pieces, bacon, pecans and gourmet croutons, served with warm sweet vidalia onion vinaigrette on the side, $9
